Every experience is approached with care, discernment, and respect for your individual journey. The information below explains the booking process, turnaround times, policies, and answers to the questions I receive most often.

BOOKING PROCESS

Booking your experience is simple.

Step 1

Complete the Veritas Booking Form.

Step 2

Submit payment using one of the available payment methods

Step 3

Once your completed Spiritual Intake Form and payment have been received, your booking will be confirmed by email.

Step 4

Your personalized experience is thoughtfully prepared using the information you provided.

Step 5

Receive your completed guidance within the turnaround time for your selected experience.

Payments

Accepted payment methods:

• PayPal

• Venmo

• Credit and debit cards through Stripe

Payment is required before any booking can be confirmed.

Your experience begins only after payment and all required information have been received.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Veritas Priority Guidance

Same-day delivery is available when your completed Spiritual Intake Form and payment are received before the daily cutoff.

Requests received after the cutoff are delivered within 24 hours.

The Veritas Collection

Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

The Celestial Collection

Delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Veritas Circle

Monthly guidance is delivered according to your established monthly schedule.

The Veritas Journey

Scheduling and personalized materials follow the timeline established within your private mentorship agreement.

IMPORTANT

Turnaround begins only after your completed Spiritual Intake Form, payment, and any required birth information have been received and your booking confirmation email has been sent.

Same-day cutoff for Veritas Priority Guidance is 12:00 PM Atlantic Time.

Availability is limited and subject to scheduling capacity.

What to Expect

Every experience is thoughtfully prepared specifically for you.

My approach combines intuitive interpretation, symbolism, spiritual reflection, and, when applicable, astrology to provide meaningful guidance tailored to your situation.

Rather than focusing solely on predictions, each experience is designed to help you better understand the energy surrounding your circumstances while strengthening your own discernment, intuition, and self-awareness.

Refund Policy

Because every experience is personalized and begins shortly after booking confirmation, refunds are generally unavailable once work has started.

If, before beginning your reading, I determine that I cannot ethically provide your experience or cannot establish a clear intuitive connection, your payment will be refunded in full.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Veritas Priority Guidance is available exclusively for intuitive guidance experiences within The Veritas Collection.

Services within The Celestial Collection are not eligible for expedited delivery because they require additional birth chart preparation, research, and detailed astrological analysis.

Do I need experience with tarot or astrology?

No.

Every experience is designed for both beginners and those who have been exploring spirituality for years.

Which experience should I choose?

If you're unsure which experience best fits your situation, don't worry.

Each collection serves a different purpose, and I'm happy to help point you toward the experience that best aligns with your question before you book.

Can I book more than one experience?

Absolutely.

Many clients begin with one experience and later explore another as their journey unfolds. Each collection offers a different perspective and can complement one another depending on your goals.

Can I ask more than one question?

Many experiences naturally explore multiple aspects of your situation.

If your situation involves multiple topics, you're welcome to contact me before booking so I can recommend the experience that best fits your needs.

Are my readings confidential?

Yes.

Every booking, reading, and personal detail shared through your Spiritual Intake Form is treated with respect and kept confidential.

Can I book for someone else?

Experiences should only be booked with the other person's knowledge and permission.

Respect for personal boundaries is an important part of my practice.

Do you offer live readings?

At this time, experiences are delivered in written format unless otherwise announced.

This allows every reading to be prepared thoughtfully and revisited whenever you need guidance.

Are services available in Spanish?

Yes.

All experiences are available in both English and Spanish.
